Rare Ford RS Turbo with unique original factory Ford decals, now understood for be for an original show-car. Unconverted engine still running on 4 star & never "chipped" or modified. Only 2 owners since first registered on 1/ 8/ 1989 and current owner since 1991. Over 25 MOT certificates to evidence genuine mileage. Matching chassis and engine numbers ( WF0BXXGCABKR08682) corresponding to original logbook. Original upholstery in excellent condition ( see pictures ) except for one minor pull on driver bolster seat. Factory Ford Stereo with original keycode! and owners manual. lnterior trim in excellent condition for year with minimal wear including original parcel-shelf (normally missing) . Minor welding (e. g. battery area) & minor corrosion on rear interior boot lid and both front wings ( probably requiring replacement to make vehicle concourse). Original Gatling turbo rebuilt in 2009. All 5 Original alloy wheels in good condition and original rear brake drum setup as per factory setting. Original windows as proven by acid etching but front screen will require replacement as delaminating. Uniquely, both doors were Ford factory fitted with Yale deadlocks to secure vehicle when in a public presentation. One of 2 unique Mk4 R/ S Turbo press vehicles originally shown at Ford Haynes of Maidstone, the second themed "red hot" with black decals. Last MOT reading 65, 331 miles with 65761 miles on the clock (as shown ) before being preserved. This is the only existing RS Turbo with one off original colour coded "white hot" factory Ford decals fully intact on both doors ( see pictures ). These blue/ white decals are colour coded to the bumper trims. To keep these original decals intact the vehicle was taken off the road & covered up. Original brochure of a Mk3. picture depicts the "white hot" narrative matching on both doors as originally Ford inspired. Price reflects rarity & originality after discussion with auction houses.
