Alfa Romeo Spider S2 For Self-Drive Hire
The Alfa Romeo Spider (105 series) is a 2+2, front engine, rear drive roadster manufactured and marketed by Alfa Romeo from 1966 to 1994 in four distinct generations, or Series. Ours is a ‘Series 2’, otherwise known as a ‘Kammtail’ Spider.
As successor to the Giulia Spider, the Spider remained in production for almost three decades. The first three Series were assembled by Pininfarina in Grugliasco and the fourth Series in San Giorgio Canavese. The last Spider was manufactured in April 1993 — the last rear wheel drive Alfa Romeo before the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione of 2007.
The Series 2 Alfa Romeo Spider has a powerful 2 litre engine and 5 speed gearbox, so is more suitable for motorways or longer journeys, it can easily keep up with modern traffic. 2+2 seats means that the two front seats are normal ‘adult’ sized, and the two rear seats are for children or occasional use – it is not a comfortable long journey car for four full sized adults.
Taster (4 hour) includes 50 miles. Daily hire includes 100 miles. 60p/ mile overage.
We can deliver/ collect this car to your venue or home at extra cost (NOTE: Delivery is not available for the 4 hour taster drive)
Security deposit (credit/ debit card pre-authorisation only, cancelled on safe return of the car) – £1000 (or reduced to £250 if you purchase Collision Damage Waiver at £15/ 24 hours).
Insurance requirements:
Driver age 25-75. UK/ EU license held for 2+ years.
No license suspensions within the past 3 years.
No more than ONE fault incident within the past 3 years.
No more than 2 convictions of 3 points per conviction.
BA/ DD/ UT convictions cannot be accepted.
Insurance excess – £1500 (Reduced to £250 if you purchase Collision Damage Waiver at £15/ 24 hours).
