Finished in Dark Green this special car has undergone a very tasteful renovation by ALL 4 WHEELS of Ely, as recent as 2022. A new paint job makes the car shine and exude that period correct look. The interior is like new with tan front seats, tan rear bench seats and matching tan leather covered steering wheel, all benefitting from the excellent work of Land Rover trimming specialists – Exmoor Trim. Exmoor have also supplied the canvas for the rear of the Series 2A, giving the car that exploration theme. The renovation also saw a fully galvanised chassis fitted, new tub, panels and updates to some of the suspension, running gear and other mechanicals. This Series 2A was originally built in 1963 and served its country well as part of the MOD fleet. In 1971 it hung up its beret and was registered with the DVLA for the first time. This would make a brilliant weekend car, daily driver, perhaps a posh load lugger or a “tough mudder” wedding car.
