Description
First sold on the 21st October 1937 to Captain Wood - through the then dealer called Macrae & Dick and subsequently delivered by rail on 16th December 1937 to him in Inverness for the grand sum of £1338. 17. (from original RREC records held on file).
This beautiful trophy winning car has undergone extensive restoration by marque specialists - completed in 2004 and subsequently collected 'Most Elegant in Class' and second in class for concourse prizes at the RREC national rally that year. The car looks as fresh today as it did then having been little used since and kept in a dehumidified / heated garage...
Painted as originally spec'd in Dove Grey with Old English White side panels - the interior is trimmed in Green leather and Wilton carpets - We can confirm this beautiful car has been constantly cared for to operate and drive to its designed standard and has retained its immaculate elegance - which is a credit to the owner.
Fitted with polished aluminium Lamarr wheel disks, and all chromes refinished and maintained to an extremely high standard - sends this car up the scale of the elegance score. All mechanical and electrical elements have been attended to and the car has been regularly serviced and cared for since restoration.
A joy to look at and drive.
Beautiful in every way.

Thank youA lovely and interesting history including photographs and invoices of the restoration resulting in the 'Most Eligant in Class' award in 2004 at the RREC national rally.
You would never believe this is a 20 year old restoration, because it has been done by the marque experts and professionals working for a very diligent owner who wanted this done right despite the cost - It shows....
