Fully restored Fiat 127 Sport Replica. Historic vehicle classification being over 40 years.
Acquired the Fiat in 2020 as a project. The previous owner had over time collected all the parts for a 127 Sport. The interior, dials, spoilers, exhaust, wheels & many other parts. So it has been fully restored on its original very solid shell with no rust or rot using all the 127 Sport parts that had been collected & now looks stunning painted in the original Fiat Aranico Racing Orange.
All the seats have been re upholstered retaining the original Fiat 127 Sport styling.
The original webasto sunroof fully works that just adds to the driving experience.
The standard 1049cc single carb engine has had a full mechanical overhaul & replacements including brakes, clutch, radiator, timing belt, ignition & drive shafts. Fully serviced.
The floor pan & arches have been fully waxoiled to protect for the future.
Although MOT exempt it has a current MOT until March 2025. The Fiat was manufactured in 1979 and is now 44 years old. It is Historic Vehicle tax classification and is Tax exempt, MOT exempt & ULEZ exempt.
The car is great fun to drive. At recent Italian car shows it draws more attention than many other exoctic expensive Italian cars.
