This 1966 Triumph Herald Convertible is fully renovated prior to purchase in 2018 is fitted with a later 1300cc engine having a stage 2 head, a pair of HS4 SUs and electronic ignition. The engine was prepared by Jigsaw Engineering. The car also benefits from an overdrive gearbox, adjustable coilover suspension and disc brakes. Five powder coated 5 1/ 2" steel wheels with very good tyres. The spare is original for boot space. Bodywork is good and sound, hood is in good condition and comes complete with cover and tonneau cover. New carpet throughout (including boot), reupholstered seats along with wood dash and door trims. Bumpers have been replaced with aluminium Vitesse bumpers. Current mileage is 17101 and as you would expect from the modifications this car has a more sporty feel and with an overdrive gearbox is very capable on the motorway.
