The Triumph Hurricane of the 1970’s was a 'factory special' motorcycle designed by Craig Vetter of the USA and has a swooping glass fibre bodywork with chopperesque looks and is an iconic motorcycle, which today fetch upwards of £25k. This bike is a modern take on the Triumph Hurricane with classic looks but modern underpinnings. The rear sub-frame was modified to fit the Hurricane tank and seat unit, the clip on handlebars were removed and yoke adaptors fitted to suit the riser bars, the electrics were rearranged to keep them out of sight and the airbox removed and replaced with K&N type filters and a breather unit. The seat / tank unit, seat extension, grab rail, seat, petrol cap, petrol tap, decals etc all come from a well-known UK supplier of British bike parts. In addition lots of new parts have been installed including Halcyon handle bar mirrors. Painting and chroming was done by local, reputable firms.
