i took this mint condition mg tf in part exchnge for the monogram zr that was listed for only 1 day and in the previous video.
this cars previous owner was a true mg enthusiast. After purchasing this mint tf he literally made this car into a full package. He purchased a hardtop in trophy blue from a company that specialises in selling hard tops to order in
specified colours and purchased a private plate for it.
bodywork
is simply in stunning condition, an mg tf in trophy blue i'd never seen one in this colour. But i have to say it really makes the car look the part. There is no rust starting to show anywhere and on the sills and underneath the car has never had any welding.
also, underneath the car has been under sealed by a company that specialises in doing under dealing/ rust proofing with a certificate.
interior
the inside of the car is in excellent condition, really representing it's low mileage. Seats, carpets, dash, door cards are all in excellent condition.
the driver deat does look a little dull on its upright bolster from drivers getting in and out (see photo's).
the fabric hood is in good condition too and the hard tops headlining is good aswell.
mechanically
we got this car from an mg enthusiast that was running it daily. He also travelled 150 miles to us in it to buy the zr off us. I have run it for a full week to get to know it and we have covered 180 miles this week running about etc.
we have given it an oil and oil filter change as we do with all cars we sell.
we can report the exhaust is in good condition and its tyres all round are like new along with 4 alloy wheels that are mint condition.
these cars now have a following classic limited mileage insurance policies that are available for them these days.
i have 100% confidence in this car from a reliabilty point of view.
i'm even happy to discuss delivery of the car to it's buyer as long as my fuel and my return journey is discussed in with that if required.
