The bodywork was restored and resprayed 30 years ago by Scimitar expert QRG, the bodywork is a superb testament to Nigel Palmer's work at QRG. Anyone who knows Scimitars will know these are the two best leading experts! The car was shown on the RSSOC club stand at the NEC classic car show in 2023 and has recently won the RSSOC concours award at Scimfest in August 2024. The car is a real collectors item this being 181 of only 442 made. The Car has benefited from further work including new starter motor, master and slave clutch cylinder, new wooden steering and an original period old school Radio Cassette!
