Complete with a huge history file including pictures and invoices for previous restoration work, invoice for proper rolled Coombs rear arches, brakes etc. Overall, this car runs very well. It starts on the button from cold with the choke, pulls well through all gears, the overdrive kicks in without delay and everything on it works. All lights, gauges etc. Oil pressure is good, and the water temperature rises in a timely manner. The car goes, turns and stops well. Mechanically I’m not aware of any issues and I have taken it out for full day runs with no issues, have enjoyed shows and family days. Body wise, it is not rotten underneath, the sills are solid, door shuts straight, door rubbers have been recently renewed and inner arches are solid. Overall, the outside paintwork is presentable but is not concur. This is an excellent usable Mk2 which could be enjoyed as is or repainted back to concours condition.
