AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 BJ8 MKIII phase 2 1965 4 speed gearbox + overdrive The most powerful and most accomplished of all the Austin Healey cars produced between 1963 and 1967. With its 148 bhp, disc brakes, new camshaft and brake assist, the MK3 offers unrivalled driving comfort.
What's more, it is a 2+2 version that seats two passengers in the rear and offers a real soft top in case of bad weather. This example is beautifully presented. A complete restoration of the bodywork and paintwork was carried out in 2018. The chassis and underpinnings are in good condition. The chrome is complete and in excellent condition, as are the wire wheels. The wire wheels are also in excellent condition. All the seals have been replaced. The soft top is new. Mechanically, it is fitted with the original in-line 6-cylinder block, fed by two SU HD8 carburettors. Regular servicing is carried out by a specialist garage.
