The Appeal
You can't envy anybody set with the task of improving the Lancia Fulvia; already one of the most beautiful cars of the 60s. But if anybody could do it, it was Zagato. Modifying the car into a sleek fastback, the Fulvia Sport Zagato was almost futurist in its aesthetic, with a perky V4 under the bonnet keeping it in pace with its remarkable styling.
Renowned for their success on the rally stage, and loaded with sporty character, the Fulvia Sport could well be one of the greatest Lancias of all time. This example, a scarce series one example from 1969, is sure to get plenty of attention from the discerning enthusiast.
Partially restored, this Zagato is a tantalising prospect - it's already proving a very pleasant drive and offers a great opportunity to finish the job and leave your mark on a highly desirable classic.
