The Appeal
The 1973 Rolls-Royce Corniche Convertible is a symbol of luxury and elegance. Born from the desire for a single-driver's variant of the Silver Shadow, the Corniche may be as stately as a convertible can get. Plenty of class was squeezed between its two doors, with those familiar disciplined lines keeping the smaller, sharper, top-down Roller undeniably authentic.
This particular model is a real showstopper. Over the past twenty-two years, it has been subject to an enormous restoration costing in excess of £281,000 - ranging from a full bare metal respray and a comprehensive restoration of the engine, gearbox, rear axle, brakes, and suspension. The interior, meanwhile, has been retrimmed with Connolly hide.
Often touted by workshops and Rolls Royce clubs around the country as one of the best out there, every penny shows in this remarkable car and we've no doubt the new owner will be very, very proud of their acquisition!
