The Appeal
The Morgan Plus 8 was Malvern’s muscle car. Another brilliant use of the inimitable Rover V8 - the compact all-aluminium unit acquired from General Motors back in 1967. For years, the Plus 8 claimed to be Britain's fastest-accelerating production car between 20 and 80 mph, and to this day, they dominate historic sports car racing.
This 1991 example is commendably original and looks to be in superb condition for its age. It’s highly specified from the factory and complete with its original accessories including full wet weather equipment, chromed wire wheels, luggage rack, badge bar and wood-rimmed sports steering wheel. The Morgan has recently been submitted for a major service, with all fluids changed in readiness for sale. It comes with Belgian road registration and is reportedly ready to enjoy.
