Highlights
- Custom paintwork in the style of the 40th anniversary Mini by Paul Smith
- Replacement engine (with lower mileage) installed
- We have been told it runs properly and drives very well, with no problems to report
The Appeal
To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Mini, British designer Paul Smith was commissioned to create his own version of this automotive icon. The result was an unconventional Mini with a stunning colourful striped livery.
The owner of this 2000 BMW MINI was inspired by Smith's design and created his own. No adhesive wrapping was used, but paint that was professionally applied to a high standard. The dashboard is also finished in the same way, adding liveliness to the interior. Mechanically, we have been informed that the car is in excellent condition, having been fitted with a lower-mileage engine to give it new life.
