History
Originally sold by Paramount Aston Martin & delivered to the original owner on the 22nd December 2003 as a Christmas gift to himself.
DB7 GTA features the 420 bhp 5. 9 litre V12 engine from the DB7 Vantage, whilst sporting the uprated chassis, suspension, braking system, distinctive styling features & interior appointment of the DB7 GT, which includes sports seats with extended shoulders, special instrument dials and special climate control knobs & pedals.
Originally Marketed by Aston Martin “for those who seek the thrill of a DB7 GT in the open road, but require the convenience automatic transmission around town, DB7 GTA provides the perfect solution”.
The GTA was introduced alongside the GT at the 2002 Birmingham Motor Show and deliveries of the cars began in early 2003 and this rare runout model has to be the one to go for.
Only 112 DB7 GTA’s were produced & 60 of the cars were for the UK market. No doubt a future classic, with DB7 GT’s & GTA’s becoming very sought after.

Body & Paintwork
Absolutely stunning.
The bodywork condition of this car is very good throughout with the Tungsten Silver really suiting the lines of this beautiful car.
All badges, lights & windows are in great condition, just as you would expect.
This car really needs to be seen to be appreciated
Interior & Trim
The low mileage & care this car has had speaks volumes in the interior as there is very little to draw your attention to in terms of marks or issues.
There is the slightest of wear on the driver’s bolster but it’s so minimal, it almost not worth mentioning.
Certainly, in a 21-year-old car it’s in remarkable condition and evidences the care & attention this car has received from its owners.
Everything is functional in the cabin, including the electric operated seats & the various storage lids all move freely without sticking or squeaks as do the doors. In summary, the Aston remains a luxurious place to be and would serve the next owner well.
This colour combination is highly desirable & probably the best in the DB7 range.
Engine
Mechanically the Aston is working perfectly, with a quick glance at the history showing that this car has not wanted for anything during its time. Regular servicing & any work that needed doing being commissioned in a timely manner, meaning that the mighty Cosworth built V12 engine is in good health.
The 420 bhp 5. 9 litre V12 engine is silky smooth & coupled with the Touchtronic gearbox, it really is the ultimate, modern classic Grand Tourer
Running Gear
All running gear is in superb order & as has been mentioned, this car drives very well & as per the reviews at the time.
The steering & brakes are sharp & direct providing the driving experience that you would expect from Aston Martin.
