Finished in immaculate Tobacco Leaf Brown with Black Hide and original Rover Hubcaps. This stunning example was fully recommissioned in 2020 after a period of storage and sold to its second owner who only covered 2, 000 miles during his ownership.
The original Rover 2000 was produced in Britain in 1963 and was the first car to win European Car of The Year Award. In the spring of 1966 Rover launched a "twin SU carburettor" model the Rover 2000 TC using a second carburettor a different cylinder head and revised intake and exhaust systems to raise the gross power output from 99bhp to 124bhp. A tachometer and clock were also added to the instrument group.
Supplied with Heritage Certificate, owners manual, old MOTs, new car receipt from Lex Motors dated the 14th of January 1971 and a selection of invoices.
