Description
Rover 600 Ti in Caymen Blue. In excellent condition for its age with no modifications. MOT until May 2025. Drives beautifully. Has been garaged for the last 6 years.
Has a service history up to 2018, when I bought it at 93k miles. Since then the local garage has recently carried out the cambelt and tensioner change for which I have the paperwork. I previously changed a suspension arm and refitted a refurbished A/ C condenser and have carried out the regular oil/ oil filter changes. Otherwise nothing has really needed any work.
Other details. 2 working original key fobs. Red key. Working A/ C. Rear reversing sensors. 4 working electric windows. Working automatic aerial, Original Rover radio cassette head unit or newer Sony. Rover Vitesse 17 inch wheels in good condition. Front tyres have plenty of tread, the rear ones 2mm. K&N Air Filter.
Some discolouring of the paint on the the roof and a very small (treated) bubble of rust on one of rear arches are the only blemishes (see photos).
A PG 1 gearbox is available separately that has steel caged bearings. There are no issues with the current gearbox, the refurbished gearbox was bought as a future replacement. £500.
I am selling the Ti as I am not using it and have a 623 as a daily driver. Great T series turbo engine with 200 bhp and excellent tuned road handling. Very few good examples of the Ti are coming up for sale now.
As the years go by, well-preserved performance cars from the 90s are increasingly in demand. The Rover 600 Ti is already climbing in value as a collectible, making this not just a car, but also a potential investment.
