Morris mini 1962 997 cooper project.
It's original colour is surf blue as stated by the heritage certificate.
This is a very rare car being the first cooper model ever built being in the most desirable colour.
This is the correct year shell with the high seat belt points and full front valance. The shell is in good condition for the year it will need some repairs as don't they do. Nothing to hide on this shell. It come as you see it rolling shell subframes are good also.
The engine had been re built and came out of a running car I do have a video of this before the engine came out just last year. It is the correct 997 early engine with 1000 cast on the block.
V5c in my name with heritage certificate and vin plate. This is a January 62 car so an early one. Reg is 4 numbers and 2 letters.
I have been offered an complete original interior correct for the car in powder blue and brocade so this can be past on once the car is sold on.
