I bought the bike in 2021. I am the fifth owner according to DVLA and it is tax and MOT exempt. Reliable handsome motorcycle which always attracts attention. Easy starter with some sensible modifications: stainless wheel rims and spokes, Avon roadrider 2 tyres, twin leading front brake, 12 volt conversion with modern "AO" solid state rectifier, so lights are actually useful! Belt drive conversion on dynamo, disposable oil filter concealed in toolbox and direction indicators. The bike is a joy to ride and is competent in modern traffic.
I would consider a part exchange for a trail bike: Yamaha serow 225 or similar with electric start, up to £3000.
