Description
Peugeot 205 phase 1 from August 1986. Petrol, type X engine with chain drive. GL finish, so low end. Antelope beige paintwork, brown interior. Seats and interior in good condition, still under covers and slept in the garage. Bodywork ok with no corrosion, small defects to report: boot floor to be scraped and treated on the underside to be safe, a spot of corrosion under the rear window that is not perforating, an impact on the windscreen.
Mechanically, it has always been on the road, as I am the second owner. New water pump, coolant change, engine oil change and new oil filter. New fuel filter. New shift rod. New Delco head and ignition pin (new vintage parts). Carburettor needs cleaning.
This is a beautiful and unusual car in its entry-level version, never restored, never damaged, always well cared for, various invoices and documents included with the car, manuals, technical review etc... 3 extra wheels supplied. Photo file available for anyone really interested.
