Description
1930 Riley 9 Monaco
Restored in the 1980s and then on display in a private collection until sold in a Bonham's auction in 2012.
Owned by a family until 2023 when I then bought the car.
Original registration plaque inside the car shows it as a bath/ somerset vehicle from build.
In my time the car has had extensive use, driving from Cornwall to Portsmouth on multiple occasions and has had the ignition system rebuilt, new mag when in the auction in 2012 and works wonderfully.
I have also put new aluminum hoses and rubber hoses into the car and also installed flashing LED indicators front and rear, non damaging to the bodywork.
A very nice running car, not charging at the moment but with the magneto a trickle charge suffices.
Brand new electric wiper motor installed which works very well with ancillaries replaced. All properly wired in with glass fuses on custom mounted board under the bonnet.
Open to offers and viewings of the car
