Description
1974 Porsche 911 2. 7 MFI - Carte grise collection - Complete paintwork and major engine overhaul in 2017 Porsche Classic Rouen When production of the legendary Porsche 911 Carrera 2. 7L RS ceased, the new G Series model was on its way. The latter was fitted with more luxurious equipment and impact-absorbing gusset bumpers to comply with US regulations. The Porsche Carrera MFI was powered by the same engine as the Porsche 911 Carrera 2. 7L RS with Bosch mechanical fuel injection. This model, which still bore the famous Carrera name, was limited to 1, 647 examples, including the Targa version. Reserved for the European market, these models could be ordered with the duckbill option of the RS and, for later models, with the more modern rear spoiler that had appeared with the Turbo. Production ended in 1976. Very beautiful, a must-see model!
