After a comprehensive 12-month renovation, unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, my beautiful Series 3 is looking for a new keeper. She is widely admired and happily drives at 65-70 mph all day. Importantly, I'm looking for someone who will truly appreciate her. I am available to answer any questions from potentially serious buyers.
Invoices confirm all my completed works as listed below that add up to £8210. 56. In addition, I have a receipt for £12364. 80 from 2018 that confirms the previous keeper completed a gearbox overhaul, added power steering, leather interior, and various other minor updates and repairs.
My restoration work was carried out by a LR specialist in the North of Scotland where I used to live. With favourable labour costs at £35 / hour, I didn't cut any corners when it came to repairs as I thought at the time she was my forever LR. After completion, I had the good fortune to drive her south to our new home in Devon, UK. She’s a great runner and is true and strong on the road. In my opinion, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better 52 year old example.
